Fusalp, the iconic French luxury lifestyle brand founded in 1952, has chosen UniFy to support the acceleration of its omnichannel strategy in France and internationally.

Following an RFP, Fusalp selected UniFy to unify stock, orders and customer data, streamline journeys between digital and stores, and support growth through an OMS + Store App solution that can be rapidly activated within its Shopify Plus ecosystem.

A premium brand scaling across markets and channels

Fusalp is accelerating its growth with a premium brand, an international network of 9 countries and nearly 60 points of sale, across owned stores, subsidiaries, affiliates, corners, wholesale, e-commerce and marketplaces.


In this context, the challenge is not only to connect tools. It is to make stock available, sellable and orchestratable from every touchpoint: the e-commerce site, stores, sales advisors, warehouses and service journeys.


The key priorities are:

A native Shopify Plus connector built for speed

One of UniFy’s core strengths is its ability to make unified commerce simple to activate, even within advanced retail environments.

Thanks to its native Shopify Plus connector, developed by UniFy’s R&D teams, the solution can be rapidly installed within Fusalp’s Shopify ecosystem. Once connected, UniFy initializes the essential unified commerce building blocks: OMS, Store App, catalog, orders, stock, customers and omnichannel journeys.

This approach significantly reduces project complexity and accelerates time-to-value: Fusalp can progressively activate key use cases without adding unnecessary weight to its existing e-commerce foundation.

An OMS to orchestrate omnichannel journeys

With UniFy OMS, Fusalp will be able to consolidate product availability across warehouses, e-commerce and stores in order to reduce stockouts, improve sell-through and accelerate product availability across its existing markets and internationally.

The solution will support key omnichannel flows including:

A Store App designed for premium sales experiences

Beyond order orchestration, Fusalp will deploy the UniFy Store App to equip sales advisors with a mobile tool focused on sales performance, customer knowledge and service excellence.

From the Store App, teams will access the digital catalog, global stock, customer data and purchase history. They will be able to complete a sale even when a product is not available locally, through Order in Store, Endless Aisle or mixed basket journeys, with home delivery or store pickup.

A progressive rollout before network-wide industrialization

UniFy acts as an omnichannel orchestration and execution layer connected to Fusalp’s existing tools, including ERP, POS, CRM and operational partners.

This approach enables a progressive and controlled implementation, starting with a POC scope before industrialization across the full network.
